I don’t have a website yet. Is that okay?+
Absolutely. We can start with your business name, services, contact details, and any photos or branding you already have. The Complete Start package also covers domain and hosting setup.
Can you replace my outdated website?+
Yes. We’ll review what you have, discuss what to keep, and build a fresh site around the agreed scope. Domain changes are planned to preserve existing email records.
Will I own my website and domain?+
Your domain stays registered to you. Once the website is fully paid for, we hand over your custom website files and access, subject to any third-party asset or software licenses. Monthly care is optional.
What exactly does the $99 care plan cover?+
One standard domain renewal up to $25/year, standard hosting up to $20/month, monthly site and inquiry checks, backups retaining the latest three monthly versions, minor fixes, and up to 60 minutes of content updates per month. Unused update time doesn’t roll over. Premium domains, paid add-ons, overages, or upgrades require separate approval.
For The Complete Start, paid care begins after the included hosting month. Cancel before your next billing date; service ends at the end of the paid month. Your site and paid domain term stay yours, and you take over future hosting and renewal costs. This is not 24/7 or emergency support.
Can you add online bookings or a store?+
Those features aren’t included in the fixed-price packages. Tell us what you need and we’ll discuss a separate scope before any extra work is agreed.
Do I need to pay everything upfront?+
No. A 50% initial payment starts the project. The remaining 50% is due after your approval and before launch. Paid services outside your package require approval first.
